Empathy is a skill that can bring people together. We may find it hard to empathise with some people, but that doesn't mean we can't strengthen our empathy muscles. Our empathy skills workshop will help us become more adept at perceiving others’ emotions, learning self-regulation techniques and finding ways to encourage perspective-taking in order to work more effectively with others.
