An impactful workshop with lifesaving content, delivered by an impactful, sensitive presenter. The course dealt with heavy content, but Wade brought the perfect amount of vibrance to keep it engaging, without making light of very serious topics. I really valued Wade’s authenticity and the way that he freely shared his own experiences, opening the door for others to do the same. Having completed the course I feel far more equipped to look after myself and the people in my network.

It was a really valuable workshop with great information and has made me feel equipped to deal with a variety of situations personally and professionally surrounding mental health.
