Booking CONFIRMATIONS AND CHANGES

Upon the confirmation of a workshop, a booking confirmation & invoice will be sent to the Client.
Additional workshops, consulting engagements, coaching and travel expense arrangements that occur in the current month, will be added to following month's invoice.

Any workshop or engagements that are cancelled within 60 days, or postponed within 30 days prior to the commencement date, are non refundable. Any other charges are incurred by Luminate Leadership such as, but not limited to, travel arrangements & payments to contractors, will be on-charged to the Client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Intellectual Property & content creation, including participant notes and facilitator notes, that are  created, generated, discovered, invented, improved, designed and / or developed by Luminate Leadership, remain the property of Luminate Leadership.
The Client consents to all uses, including adaptation by the Luminate Leadership without attribution to you, of any copyright works which you produce or contribute to during this period with Luminate Leadership.

WORKSHOP SET UP

Venue with appropriate seating and AV equipment to be supplied by the client.
If required, the venue and AV can be sourced by Luminate Leadership at an additional cost.
To the maximum extent permissible at law, Luminate accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of whatever nature incurred by any participant or client in connection with any course provided by Luminate.

All workshops include course materials, supplied by Luminate unless otherwise arranged.
Course materials can include:
- participant workbook and resources
- workshop powerpoint
- pre and post-workshop sparks and boosters
- relevant manuals & accreditations if participant is completing Mental Health First Aid
