Felix (ASX: FLX), an ASX listed SAAS business, has been a client of Luminate’s since 2021.
Felix’s People and Culture Leader, Ellen, had been referred to Luminate by another client of Luminate's, IntelliHR.
Luminate was hired to first help redefine and reinvigorate the company Purpose and Values with the Executive Leadership Team.
Then implement a Leadership program across the business, encompassing both Senior and Emerging Leaders.
The first step was to run ‘The Advantage’ workshop, that brought the Executive Leaders together over two consecutive days.
This workshop is designed to develop in-depth understanding of the concept of the four pillars of organisational health, by Patrick Lencioni.
During this workshop we also explored and learnt the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) profiling tool, allowing Leaders to understand themselves and the personalities within their team to strengthen team cohesion. This provided a great foundation to move onto the Values and Purpose conversation.
Upon the conclusion of this, Felix did 2 things:
Decided that each team member of the business would receive a personal Myers Briggs profile. These workshops continue to be run twice-yearly for all new hires in the business for the Brisbane & Manila offices.
Construct an ongoing Leadership program, for Senior and Emerging Leaders, that Luminate would facilitate. These workshops are run quarterly.
